What is brief therapy?
Brief therapy: moving quickly, with a clear objective
Brief therapy refers to a method that aims to achieve rapid changes within a relatively short period of time.
Developed in the 1960s, brief therapies are all "solution-oriented." They focus on a specific and achievable goal within a given timeframe.
This means that a client does not consult their therapist more than a dozen times for the same issue. When a client consults a sophrologist, they present a specific problem.
Thus, the practitioner teaches his client how to manage his symptoms in order to regain a peaceful daily life.
In short, my role is to provide you with all the tools I have to make you autonomous in your practice of sophrology.
